The launch of the Children's Plan by Ed Balls in December has brought some new and really exciting opportunities for children's play and the Playwork workforce. With this is in mind, the theme this year for Out2Play is children playing in outdoor spaces, which is a prominent feature of the Children's plan. By coming to the conference you will have the opportunity to hear from high profile play experts such as Tim Gill, and gather knowledge in our interactive workshops.

Another exciting feature this year is our market place, which will give you the opportunity to network, sample products and materials, and meet with key organisations to help you develop play opportunities for children. To top it all off, Robin Sutcliffe, Chair of Yorkshire Play and Director of Sutcliffe Leisure, will round the day off with a challenging speech on risk!
