Course Development
Course Development

Playwork Partnerships has a history of writing bespoke courses for a range of clients, including Torbay Play, Northamptonshire County Council and Gloucestershire County Council, as well as responding to the needs of the playwork and childcare sector. We have developed bespoke training for childminders around outdoor play and addressed specific workforce issues around working with older children, understanding risk-benefit or how to meet the EYFS guidelines through good quality playwork. All our courses are mapped to the National Occupational Standards in Playwork and are underpinned by the Playwork Principles. They also have allocated CPD points under our SkillsActive Training Provider License.

The benefits of bespoke training mean that we can meet the needs of your workforce and create training that suits your timescales and addresses definite issues.

We are currently working in partnership with Northamptonshire County Council developing a new course called Playing Up! and Play Torbay on Playing Creatively.

Please contact Karen Benjamin to discuss any training needs that you have, from the theoretical to the practical.

"Brilliant course, lots of fun and lots of good ideas that I can take away and try to put into practice"
