Professional Development
In an ambition to build a network of trained trainers who can
deliver our courses or just want to be more knowledgeable about
certain current topics, we put together a varied Professional
Development Programme (PDP) every term. Some of our training
courses are only about how to deliver our endorsed programmes of
learning and there is an application process for these courses. For

Playwork Partnerships' PDP is for Playwork Tutors and Trainers,
Assessors and Playworkers, for you to take every advantage to
develop your knowledge and skills in playwork and playwork
training.
We hope that through this training and development programme we
will be able to meet some of your local requests for support.
However, if there is a gap please contact us so that specific
training can be planned to meet your local needs.
All our training courses and workshops, seminars and conferences
are endorsed through SkillsActive and carry CPD points for your
professional development.

Ongoing Support
As part of our commitment to the playwork sector Playwork
Partnerships offers ongoing support through updates on national
initiatives, changes to qualifications and news from the sector. We
are involved at national level within the sector and are therefore
up to date with current issues and we have a dedicated Training
& Development Officer who will respond to e-mail requests and
phone calls and signpost when necessary.
